It truly means the world to us for you to travel so far to celebrate us. We can't wait for the wedding, but getting to go on vacation with all of our favorite people? That really is the dream.

So why Capri?

Traveling together has become such a quintessential part of our relationship. We've traveled to countless places, sometimes hiking and adventuring, other times lounging and vacationing (okay, fine — it's usually the latter). But when we arrived in Capri a few summers back, it was like nowhere we had ever been. Stunning views, crystal blue waters, amazing restaurants, and the best shopping in the world (Prada's open until 11pm? Say less).

We loved it so much that we booked a trip back the next summer. And after we got engaged, it became obvious that there was no better place for our wedding.

 

While planning a wedding halfway around the world isn't the simplest undertaking, it really just came down to one thing:

 

There's nothing in the world that makes Sydney happier than a summer day in Europe. And there's nothing in the world that makes Suman happier than seeing Sydney happy. So that was that.
